Started by a friend, then inherited and built out end-to-end from there: auth with real email verification, professional and company profiles, verified reviews with company replies, a 9-stage reverse-hiring pipeline with computed ghosting timers, a posts feed with comments/likes/attachments, and a full moderation/admin system. - JWT auth with rotating refresh tokens, email verification, and password recovery
- Verified professional profiles — moderator-checked employment history, compensation & availability expectations, an "actively looking" toggle
- Verified company profiles (business registration/tax ID) with an admin claim flow
- Reverse-hiring pipeline: companies send opportunities directly, professionals accept/decline, 9 stages from sent to offer-accepted
- Ghosting prevention — customizable per-stage response windows with computed timers and private, per-side responsiveness scores
- Verified reviews (require confirmed employment at the company), category ratings, one company reply per review
- Posts feed with scheduled publish/archive, comments, likes, and image/video/PDF attachments
- Moderation queue, case/action audit logs, separate moderator and admin guards
